About Us

Morrinsville Veterinary Professionals is a small clinic of large animal vets. The practice started out as Cow Vets in 2007, changing to MVP Vets soon after.

The team is made up of vets, animal technicians and admin staff who run the accounts and reception services.

Quality of care has always been at the absolute forefront of the work we do. Our experienced veterinary team have years of experience up their belt. They have the knowledge and the capacity to treat your large animals for a variety of illnesses. It’s their job to return your animals to a clean bill of health.

Our veterinary team are assisted by our qualified and extremely well-equipped technicians. Across our service team, we have the expertise to treat your animals promptly and help them recover sooner.

As a smaller team, we are a family-orientated practice. We’ve developed great relationships with our farmers over the years. All coming from a farming background, our staff have a comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of the industry. From the staff at our front desk, the technician’s on-farm visits, right through to the owners, all the staff at MVP Vets have come from a rural setting. We understand the circumstances and the behind-the-scenes operations of a farming environment. We just get it. Promptness is key, as is a full recovery.
